Segmentation

Segment by what they did, not just who they are.

Opens, clicks, conversions, custom events — all available as segmentation rules with frequency, recency, and lifetime-total operators.

Capabilities

What it does.

Engagement filters

Filter on opens, clicks, replies, and unsubscribes per campaign or across a date window.

Recency operators

"Opened in the last 7 days", "clicked in the last 30 days" — date-window-aware.

Frequency operators

"Clicked at least 3 times in the last 30 days" — count-aware.

Custom events

Anything you push into Mumara — purchase, sign-up, demo-booked — usable as segmentation criteria.

How it works

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Pick the behaviour

Open, click, conversion, or any custom event.

  2. 02

    Set the operator

    Recency, frequency, or lifetime totals.

  3. 03

    Combine

AND / OR with other behaviours and profile fields.

  4. 04

    Save

Saved segments update live as engagement happens.

Common use cases

What teams build with it.

  • Highly engaged

"Opened the last 5 campaigns and clicked at least once" — your VIP segment.

  • Re-engagement candidates

No opens in 60 days but at least one open in the prior 60.

  • Hot leads

Visited /pricing twice and clicked a recent demo CTA.
